At XPCRSS, we create and deliver high-quality digital design products tailored for individual creators and brands. As our products are intangible and digitally delivered, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair for both parties.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You received a corrupted or inaccessible file.
- The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end.
- You were charged incorrectly or purchased a duplicate item by mistake.
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of your purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after download.
- You misunderstood the product description or compatibility.
- You purchased the wrong item without contacting us beforehand.
3. Custom Orders
Custom or personalized designs are non-refundable once delivered, unless:
- There is a major design error that does not match the agreed brief.
- The file is not delivered within the promised time window.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, email us at xpcrss@gmail.com with:
- Your order ID
- Reason for refund
- Screenshots or proof of issue (if applicable)
We will review your request within 48 hours and notify you of the outcome.
5. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be credited to the original payment account within 3-5 business days
